Devil’s Den Motorcycle Rally in Arnold this Weekend

ARNOLD–For the eighth year in a row the Arnold community welcomes motorcycle riders and non-riders to the annual Devil’s Den Motorcycle Rally. The weekend will feature the poker run, live music, raffle prizes, BBQ, and fun for the kids too!

In an interview last year with KCNI/KBBN, Mike Nelson said the rally is all about fun, friendship, and getting together with the community for people who love music and motorcycles.

“Every year we keep getting bigger and bigger. There’s more people showing up. We’re getting more and more bikes taking the poker run every year,” Nelson said last year.

Friday, July 12: Gates open at 7 p.m., Live music 8-11 p.m. performed by the Lawnmower Dogs.

Saturday, July 13: After Prom Committee serving breakfast at community center 7-9 a.m., Poker Run registration at 8 a.m., Show & Shine 9:30-10:30, Blessing of the Bikes and National Anthem at 10:45, Poker Run begins at 11 a.m. (Arnold, Anselmo, Broken Bow, Callaway)

Also on Saturday, Kids Fun Zone 1-5 p.m. by Thunder Road Ministries, BBQ 4-6 p.m., Miss Devil’s Den Contest, Beer Belly Contest, Live music in the evening by Modern Kowboy for $10 admission

Sunday, July 14: Breakfast 8-10 a.m., Sunday service at 9 a.m. at the Arnold Community Center

In addition to all of the fun, a portion of the proceeds goes toward local charities with the Devil’s Den weekend bringing in thousands of dollars.

From the Devil’s Den Facebook page, “Each year the majority of proceeds go to local chapters of Teammates program, Autism Awareness, and Suicide Prevention. We also give back to local organizations including Bobcat Cheerleaders, The Arnold Golf Association, Christian Motorcycle Association,and Guardians of the Children. It’s all of you that make that happen by attending our Rally. Thank you,” the post read.
