COLUMBUS - A Columbus man is accused of bank fraud.
Jason Svoboda, 41, allegedly scammed banks in Columbus and Lincoln, using the same SUV as collateral for two different loans totaling $123,000.
Svoboda is charged with theft by deception of more than $5,000 and title violations, both felonies.
A plea hearing is set for Friday.
