CENTRAL CITY, NE (Matthew Walsh / News Channel Nebraska) – A vehicle fire slowed traffic on Highway 30 near Central City Friday.
Central City Fire and Rescue crews were called to the scene at the intersection of Highway 30 and J [Jay] Road, several miles west of Central City around 12-30 Friday afternoon.
At the scene, fire crews worked to put out the fire. During that time, traffic was restricted to one lane on Highway 30.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is not known at this time.
