Broken Bow girls golf finishes 3rd at Lex

The Broken Bow girls golf team had another strong outing Friday (9/8) as they faced strong competition at the Lexington Invitational. Scottsbluff was the team champion with a 345, Gering was second with a 370 and Broken Bow was third with a 376 which was one shot better than Class A North Platte who finished in fourth. The individual champion was Baylee Steele of North Platte with a 78. Leading the way for Broken Bow was Joelle Sanger who finished 8th with an 87. Kailey Johnson was 13th with a 91 and Gracie Williams was 17th with a 93. Other scores for Broken Bow included Mahala Sanchez a 105 and Madison Jackson shot a 106.
