Albion Man Accused of Threatening to Shoot His Daughter, Other Charges

ALBION, Neb. - A 36-year-old Albion man accused of threatening to kill his children and several other people faces five felonies, according to court documents. Police say the man, who is not being named to protect the family, told his daughter last month that he'd throw her into a wall and shoot her in the foot if she didn't stop crying. A few days later, police say he told her he'd shoot or slit the throat of any person who turned him into social services or police. He was later arrested while working on a farm. Authorities found two loaded handguns, throwing knives and marijuana inside his work truck. Bond was set at $25,000 and he is not allowed to have contact with his daughter.
