HUMPHREY - The Platte County Sheriff's Office says one person was injured after car-semi crash Wednesday evening.
Platte County Sheriff Ed Wemhoff says A 2007 Pontiac G6 and 1990 Kenworth Farm Truck, were both heading north on highway 81, when the Pontiac rear-ended the semi.
Wemhoff says the driver of the Pontiac was transported by Humphrey Rescue to Norfolk. Wemhoff says the injuries are not believed to be serious.
The Pontiac was reportedly totaled in the accident, and the Kenworth suffered an estimated $3,500 in damage.
The accident took place just north of 385th Street, and was reported at 9:04 p.m. Wednesday evening.
