Nebraska wrestling coach Mark Manning announced Monday that two-time All-American wrestler Zeke Moisey will transfer to Nebraska from West Virginia.

The 125-pound Moisey will have immediate eligibility with the Huskers. He owns a career record of 84-37, reaching the NCAA wrestling championships all three years he competed. He took a medical redshirt in the 2016-17 season.

“We’re extremely excited to have Zeke join our program,” Manning said in a press release. “He comes to Nebraska as a two-time All-American and a national runner-up. Zeke can be very instrumental in our team’s success next year and will provide leadership in the lighter weight classes.”

Moisey was a national runner-up at 125 pounds in the NCAA championships. He withdrew from the tournament due to injury in 2016 and finished eighth in 2018.
