Nebraska has already updated its football coaching Web site with Trent Bray installed as the Huskers’ interim head coach.
No other Husker assistants, nor head coach Mike Riley, are listed.
NU cornerback Lamar Jackson said Bray talked to the team. No other assistants did.
“From the looks of it, if Riley’s gone, everybody’s gone, unless you were told otherwise,” Jackson said.
Trent Bray’s father, Craig, was an assistant at Washington State, the alma mater of current Nebraska athletic director Bill Moos.
