The Nebraska basketball teams will take their preseason exhibition out of Pinnacle Bank Arena and into the Haymarket next month for the Huskers in the Haymarket event on Oct. 6.
The event will take place on Canopy Street between Q and R Streets from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and is free to the public.
Huskers in the Haymarket, which will include both the men’s and women’s basketball teams, will feature a dunk contest and a 3-point contest as well as other games involving fans. The event will conclude with remarks from Nebraska players and coaches. It will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.
