NORTH PLATTE, NE (News Channel Nebraska) – Two pounds of cocaine were taken off the streets during a seizure on Interstate 80 Thursday.
The Nebraska State Patrol pulled over a vehicle near Hershey on I-80 for failing to move over during another traffic stop.
During the traffic stop, troopers conducted a search and found two pounds of cocaine hidden inside the backrest of the driver’s seat.
36-year old Andrea Freeman and 30-year old Victor Phillips, both of Chicago, were arrested for possession of cocaine and possession with intent to deliver.
