SARPY COUNTY (News Channel Nebraska) – The Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office is providing an update to flooding concerns in the area of La Platte.
In a Twitter Post Sunday afternoon, they say Hanson and Chris Lakes are off-limits to residents due to safety issues.
They also warn residents to stay away from the area.
In the post, a drone video shows an aerial view of the residential area near La Platte and the flooding from the Missouri River.
