CRETE – The Doane Homecoming festivities were spoiled on Saturday by the Dordt Defenders.
An interception from Ryan Cisneros would seal the upset victory of the number 12 team in the country.
Brock Lamle would hit Levi Jungling for two touchdowns in the third win of the season for Dordt.
On the opposite side, Jack Shadley and Hunter Bradley connected for two scores, as well.
Doane drops to 4-2 on the year and is off next week. The Defenders are now 3-2 and will host Hastings.
