Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership is looking for an individual to work as
an Infant/Toddler Teacher in Broken Bow. This is a full-time position with a starting
wage of $15.00-$16.50 per hour (depending on qualifications).

Sales Associate Job Summary:

Sales associate will be responsible for various sales duties, including sales support functions, office coordination & assist with some merchandise deliveries.

Driver/Yard Worker Job Summary:

Primary responsibility is to pull and assemble loads and/or drive company vehicles to deliver merchandise to customer jobsites and physically unload the materials to the customer’s satisfaction.  Keep yard clean and assist customers in the yard. 

Driver/Yard Worker Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Learn company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy
  • Safe loading, handling and transportation of materials and heavy cargo
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers
  • Load and off-load company trucks with building materials by hand and/or forklift
  • Receive delivered inventory by properly inspecting paperwork for accuracy and place in designated location
  • Ensure appropriate paperwork is completed per company policy
  • Perform daily inspection of each vehicle you drive for safe driving & report malfunctioning equipment promptly
  • Comply with all DOT regulations
  • Listen and work with customers to solve customer complaints
  • Maintain and manage yard efficiency
  • Perform additional job duties as assigned

 

Driver/Yard Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Class B CDL license preferred
  2. Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and a good driving record
  3. Skilled knowledge of building materials
  4. Experience operating radial saw, cut-off saw, chain saw and forklift preferred
  5. Desire to learn and grow professionally
  6. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
  7. Ability to react quickly to problems and respond to them accurately and professionally
  8. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and interpret standard unit tape measure
  9. Ability to stand/walk for 4 -10 hours daily, stoop, kneel & crouch
  10. Physical strength to lift and carry 50-80 pounds

Broken Bow Golf Course

Looking to hire an individual to manage the operations of the Golf Course Clubhouse.

This person will be responsible for overseeing and conducting the day to day operations of the clubhouse and bar area. This position will need to put an emphasis on creating a friendly, inviting atmosphere that welcomes members and non-members. They will also provide employees with a pleasant work environment.

Must be a self starter and able to work independently. This position will work closely with the Golf Superintendent and the Broken Bow Golf Club Board.

Duties would include but are not limited to: Hiring, scheduling and providing leadership and supervision to the staff, coordinating/organizing events, helping with tournaments, oversee food/beverage ordering, ensure food safety guidelines are followed, manage details of scheduling, new hire orientation, and must be able to acquire a liquor license and adhere to state laws and regulations to keep the license active. Some weekends, evenings and holidays are required. Salary negotiable.
