Description
-Gather information and cover breaking news, events and local meetings. Prepare news stories for broadcast and postings on web page. Responsible for production and recording of 3 radio newscasts per day Monday through Saturday and 5 public affairs programs per week. If candidates are interested in doing sports play-by-play or color, there is lots of opportunity to call plenty of action!

On-Air announcer / personality / programmer

Requirements
Full-time broadcasting experience or a degree in broadcasting that included hands-on experience with broadcast equipment, announcing, and interviewing
– Comfortable engaging with guests of all ages, both in studio and on remote broadcasts
– Able to contribute with station duties that directly affect the on-air product (board work, production, interviewing, programming)
– Contribute in assisting with video broadcast set-up/camera work (Radio is evolving! Yes, we do video!)

Description
– KCNI/KBBN is seeking a candidate who loves local-oriented radio that presents much more than music to our listeners.. or someone who would like to discover why small town radio is so amazing! This position focuses on all aspects of on-air hosting, announcing,  production, live broadcasts, station promotions/appearances, and can include sports play-by-play and/or color announcing (we understand it’s not for everybody!).
