UPDATE – The Nebraska State Patrol and Nemaha County Sheriff’s office have cancelled the endangered missing advisory for Rick Kubes.
Kubes, 65, was found deceased in Kansas on Wednesday, according to authorities.

AUBURN – The Nemaha County Sheriff’s office is looking for a 65-year-old white male who was reported missing Monday. An “endangered missing advisory” was issued for Rick Kubes.
He was driving a silver 2010 Ford Ranger pickup from Clay Center, Kan. to the Auburn Hospital. The pickup features personalized plates (“KUMFISH”) with a black bug guard and a big red “N” sticker on the back driver’s side window.
Kubes suffers from a medical condition and did not arrive at the hospital.
