Dennis Conner age 75 of Arnold, NE, passed away May 25, 2025, at his home in Arnold.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in Arnold, NE. Burial will follow in the Arnold Cemetery. Dennis L. Conner was born in Arnold, NE, on November 18, 1949, to B R and Alice M. (Hagler) Conner. Dennis grew up in Arnold, graduating from Arnold High School. After high school, Dennis attended Kearny State College. After college, Dennis was joint owner of Central Implement for a short time.
Dennis enjoyed traveling to different places, enjoying time in Arizona and Florida.
Dennis’s hobbies included cars, Harley Davidson’s, poker runs, and SORC racing. He participated in the SORC races for nine years, from 2006 to 2014, in the 90-95 mph class. He had various navigators during the years.
Dennis was preceded in death by his father Billy Ray “B R”, and a sister Marla J. Anderson
Dennis is survived by his mother Alice M. (Hagler) Conner of Callaway, brothers Allen (Diane) Conner of Arnold, and Bobby (Renae) Conner of Brule, nieces, nephews, and friends.
