SWC All Conference Basketball Teams – Broken Bow’s MaKinley Tobey a Girls First Team Selection

The Southwest Conference has released its all conference basketball teams for the 2022/2023 season. MaKinley Tobey of Broken Bow was a girls first team all conference selection and Halle McCaslin was a girls second team all conference selection. The two helped lead the Lady Indians to a 17-6 overall record. Tobey led the Lady Indians in scoring this season averaging 12.2 points per game and also averaged 3.8 rebounds per game. McCaslin averaged 9.4 points per game and 3.8 rebounds per game. Joining Tobey on the SWC girls all conference first team were Kynlee Strauser and Ellarey Harm of Gothenburg, Kendyl Delimont of Ainsworth, and Mattie Kamery of Minden. Joining McCaslin on the SWC girls all conference second team were Shawna Wilkinson of McCook, Sloane Beck of Minden, Tacey From of Valentine, and Aelyn Cain of Ogallala.
