Ravenna Wrestling Invite – Results

Ravenna hosted its annual “Dom Reicks” wrestling invitational on Friday.  Ravenna was the team champion with 173 points.  Amherst was runner-up with 146 points.  Twin Loup placed 4th with 113.5 points and Arcadia/Loup City was 5th with 97.5.

Among the area highlights individually, Chase Stieb of Arcadia/Loup City was the champion at 170 lbs.  Stieb won by fall in the championship match over Beau Zoucha of Twin River.  Kade Bottorf of Twin Loup was the champion at 220 lbs.  Bottorf won by fall in the championship match over Barrett Hausermann of Franklin.

Ravenna also hosted a girls tournament on Friday.  Bailey Kuehl of Arcadia/Loup City was the girls champion at 165 lbs.  Kuehl defeated Chole Ellison of Ansley/Litchfield by fall in the championship match.  Jocelyn Ambriz of Ansley/Litchfield was the girls champion at 185 lbs.  Ambriz won by fall over teammate Zoe Barela.
