The Nebraska School Activities Association has released the district final matchups for high school volleyball which will be played on Saturday.
Ansley/Litchfield qualified for a district final in Class D1 as a wildcard. The Lady Spartans are the #11 seed and will travel to play at the #6 seed Cambridge. Match time is scheduled for 4 p.m. Burwell qualified for the district finals by winning the D1-8 sub district tournament. Burwell is the #14 seed and will face the #3 seed Superior.
SEM qualified as a wildcard to make the Class D2 district finals. SEM is the #8 seed and will face #9 seed Wynot for the right to go to state. The match will take place at Boone Central high school in Albion with match time scheduled for 4:30.
Sandhills/Thedford qualified for the Class D2 district finals by winning the D2-10 sub district tournament. The Lady Knights are the #13 seed in the D2 field and will play at #4 seed Central Valley. Match time is scheduled for 5 p.m.
All district final winners will advance to the state tournament in Lincoln.
