NSAA / NDOT 2025-2026 Buckle Up Phone Down Cup Final Standings

The Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) and the Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) are pleased to announce the final standings for the Buckle Up Phone Down Cup, the All-Activities Award for Nebraska high schools.

The annual awards program began in the fall of 2006 to recognize the state’s most successful high school athletic and fine arts programs. Awards are presented to the Nebraska high schools that earn the most points during the school year by participating in NSAA education-based activity programs. This all-activities (fine arts and sports), all-school recognition platform recognizes the “Best of the Best” each year in NSAA programs.

In Class A, Omaha Westside was the All-School division winner. Omaha Marian was tops in the girls division while Creighton Prep and Lincoln East were tied atop the boys division

In Class B, Elkhorn North was tops in both the all-school and girls division and was tied with Omaha Skutt for first in the boys division

In Class C, Yutan was first in the all-school and girls divisions while Bergan Catholic was atop the standings in the boys division.

In Class D, it was a clean sweep for McCool Junction who was first in all three divisions.

Of area note, Gothenburg finished second in the Class C boys cup standings behind Bergan Catholic of Fremont and was third overall in both the Class C all-school and girls divisions.
