Nebraska High School Rodeo Results (5/9 – 5/10)

The Nebraska high school rodeo made a stop in Madison this past weekend for two performances. Among the area highlights, Kelstyn Lindner of Broken Bow was the bull riding champion both days with a winning score of 71 on Saturday and a winning score of 68 on Sunday. In addition to winning the bull riding on Sunday, Lindner placed second in the barebacks which gave him the boys all around championship on Sunday. Tate Johnston of Thedford won the tie down roping each day with a winning time of 10.3 seconds on Saturday and a time of 9.25 on Sunday. Cotter Johnston of Stapleton posted the winning time in the steer wrestling on Saturday with a time of 5.36 seconds.
