McCook Cross Country Invite Results

McCook hosted its cross country invitational on Thursday.  Minden won the girls team title with North Platte second and Mullen was third.  Broken Bow finished 7th in the girls team standings.  Kori McClain of North Platte was the individual champion in a winning time of 20:16.77.  Peyton Paxton of Mullen was the top area finisher placing third in a time of 22:02.9.  Mullen placed four runners total in the top 15 (Riley Hegland 12th, Harper Andersen 15th, Ady Hampton 17th)  Ashlyn Schauda of Broken Bow finished in the top ten placing 7th overall in a time of 22:18.44.  Ani Trimble of Sandhills Valley placed 20th.  Maydee Guevara of Broken Bow finished in the top 30 placing 27th.

On the boys side, North Platte was the boys team champion followed by Perkins County in second and Holdrege was third.  Broken Bow finished 8th in the boys standings.  Mason McGreer of Perkins County was the individual champion in a winning time of 16:13.53.  Broken Bow was led by Jackson Hansen who finished 24th and Logan Bell finished in the top 30 placing 28th.  Keith Morash of Sandhills Valley finished 27th overall.
