The Broken Bow wrestling team was to travel to North Platte tonight for a dual with the North Platte High Bulldogs but due to weather and slick road conditions the event has been postponed. The two have had some great duals in the past and this sets up to be another. Broken Bow had a strong start to the season last week with dominating dual wins against Wood River and Arcadia/Loup City and winning the team championship at the Bow Invite this past Saturday. North Platte is top ten ranked in Class A and finished as the team runner-up to Lincoln East at the Kearney High Invite this past Saturday. Broken Bow head coach Ed Schaaf told KCNI/KBBN sports that they are looking forward to the challenge of facing North Platte.
The Broken Bow / North Platte dual will look to be rescheduled.
