The Broken Bow volleyball team travels to Lexington this evening. Broken Bow is 6-2 this season while Lexington is off to a 4-7 start. Tonight’s varsity match is scheduled for 7 p.m. and will be broadcast on KCNI 96.3 FM and kcni1280.com.

Also on the local sports calendar today, the Broken Bow girls golf team travels to North Platte for a tournament at Lake Maloney golf club which is also the site of this year’s Class C NSAA girls golf state championship tournament. Broken Bow, Sandhills Valley, and Mullen are among the teams scheduled to compete at today’s McCook cross country invitational. Ravenna will host its annual cross country invite today. Area teams scheduled to compete include Ansley/Litchfield, South Loup, Arcadia/Loup City, Sandhills/Thedford, and Cozad.
