Ansley/Litchfield will host Silver Lake in six-man football this afternoon in Litchfield. Both teams are looking for their first win of the season. The game will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM and kbbn.com. Coverage begins with the Consolidated pregame show at 2 p.m. followed by the kickoff at 3.

It’s a big area showdown in D3 8-man football tonight as Anselmo-Merna plays host to Twin
Loup. The Coyotes enter at 1-1. AM lost their opener to Burwell 41-38 but bounced back in week #2 with a 68-12 win over Hyannis. Twin Loup enters at 2-0 but has not played since August 28th. The Wolves defeated North Central 62-6 in their season opener and then received a win by forfeit last week as the scheduled opponent Overton was forced to cancel the game due to low numbers. Tonight’s game will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM and kbbn.com with kickoff scheduled for 7 p.m. in Merna.
