Twin Loup hosted Ansley/Litchfield for a girls and boys basketball doubleheader Friday night in Sargent. In the girls game, Ansley/Litchfield collected its fifth win of the year. The Lady Spartans outscored Twin Loup 20-9 in the fourth quarter to pull away for a 61-39 win. Ten players scored for A/L led by Caydence Feldman with 13 points and Bailey Hawkins scored 11 for the Spartans. Twin Loup was led by Jaelynn Blackburn who finished with a team high 12 points. In the boys game, Twin Loup improved to 9-2 on the season with a 55-34 win. Twin Loup’s Yahya Harris led all scorers with a game high 27 points. Ansley/Litchfield was led by Chayton Jensen who scored a team high 14 points.
