Broken Bow hosted McCook for a girls and boys basketball doubleheader Tuesday night at the Indian gym. The Broken Bow girls picked up their 7th win of the season as they pulled away in the second half for a 68-42 win. Bow had nine players score in the game including three who finished in double figures. Kya Scott led the way with a team high 17 points. Kailyn Scott finished with 14 points and Halle McCaslin had 11 for the Lady Indians. In the boys game, McCook picked up the win 56-46. It was a one point game going into the fourth quarter but McCook would outscore Broken Bow 20-11 in the final quarter to secure the win. Broken Bow was led by Keegan Baxter who had a team high 16 points and Austin Harvey also finished in double figures with 10. The Broken Bow girls and boys will both travel to Holdrege on Friday.
