PAWNEE CITY, Neb. – Senior Miranda Branek and freshman Madison Branek combined for 13 of Pawnee City’s 19 points and the Indians fell to 2-9 this season with a 38-19 loss to Class C2 Freeman Friday night at Pawnee City High School.
Pawnee City held a 9-6 lead after one quarter, but the Falcons didn’t allow the Indians to score more than four points in a quarter, while scoring 32 of their own over the next three periods.
Miranda Branek led the team with 7 points, while Madison chipped in 6.
Pawnee City hosts Conestoga on Saturday, while Freeman (4-7) plays Friend at home.
