Broken Bow Wins North Platte Girls Golf Invite – Johnson Sets School Record

The Broken Bow girls golf team competed at the North Platte Invitational Thursday at River’s Edge Golf Course.  Broken Bow won the team championship with a low team score of 327.  Scottsbluff was runner up with a 346.  Broken Bow’s Camryn Johnson was the individual champion.  It was a record setting day for Johnson who set the new school record for 18 holes with a 65 and also set the 9 hole school record with a 31 on the back nine.  Bow placed four golfers in the top ten at the meet.  Molly Custer was third with an 82, Taylor Schaaf was seventh with an 89 and Skylar Benjamin was ninth with a 91.  Brynn Custer shot a 97 to round out the Broken Bow scoring.
