The Broken Bow girls golf team competed at the Kearney Catholic Invite on Thursday at Meadowlark Hills Golf Course at Kearney. Cozad won the team championship with a 388 team score. Hastings was the runner-up with a 392. Broken Bow finished fourth in the team standings with a 420 team score.
Broken Bow placed two golfers in the top fifteen. Adelyn Kirkpatrick and Tiana Hurlburt each shot a 104 for the 18 hole event to finish 14th and 15th respectively. Emersyn Palmer and Caylee Cook finished just outside the top 15. Palmer finished with a round of 105 and Cook shot a 107 for the tournament. Other scores for the Lady Indians included Hallie Meyer a 122 and Brinlee Chaplin a 133.
Next up for the Broken Bow girls golf team is a quad at the Holdrege Country Club on September 1st.
