Broken Bow played host to the Southwest Conference girls golf tournament on Tuesday at the Broken Bow golf club and golf course. Minden was the team champion with a low team score of 350. Holdrege was runner up with a 393 and McCook was third with a 417. Broken Bow finished 5th with a 427 team score.
The individual champion was KayLynn Jorgensen of Minden with a low round of 73. Broken Bow placed two golfers in the top 15. Medaling in 11th place was Emersyn Palmer with a round of 104. Erin Taylor medaled in 13th place with a round of 106. With their performances, both received 3rd team all conference honors. It took a 107 to medal in the top 15. Just missing the cut was Trinity Hurlburt of Broken Bow who finished with a round of 108 and Caylee Cook of Broken Bow was just two shots outside the top 15 with a round of 109. Other scores for the Lady Indians included Adelyn Kirkpatrick with a 115 and Tiana Hurlburt finished with a round of 125.
