Broken Bow Cross Country Invite Results

Broken Bow hosted its annual cross country invitational on Saturday at the Broken Bow Golf Course.  Gothenburg won the girls team title followed by Ainsworth in second and Broken Bow was third.  The Swedes were led by Scout Bell who was the girls individual champion in a winning time of 20:03.65.  Ashlyn Schauda of Broken Bow finished in the top ten placing 6th in a time of 21:58.72.  Broken Bow would place five runners in the top 30.  Genesis Guevara was 19th, Maydee Guevara was 22nd, Ryle Wistisen placed 26th, and Anette Guevara finished 28th.

BOW INVITE GIRLS RESULTS

Gothenburg claimed the boys team championship followed by North Platte St. Pat’s in second and Cozad was third.  South Loup finished 5th in the boys standings followed by Broken Bow in 6th.  Tyler Hetz of Gothenburg was the boys individual champion in a winning time of 16:34.48.  Among the area highlights, Dutch Miller of Arcadia/Loup City placed fifth in a time of 17:27.04.  Connor Sutton of Sandhills/Thedford finished in the top 10 placing 8th in a time of 18:16.61.  South Loup placed three runners in the top 20.  Walter Bierman was 15th followed by Josiah Coleman in 16th and Jaden Baker placed 18th.  Logan Bell of Broken Bow finished in the top 20 placing 19th.
