Broken Bow was among the teams that competed at the Ogallala cross country invitational on Thursday. Gothenburg was the boys team champion with Broken Bow placing 4th in the boys team standings. The boys individual champion was Mason McGreer Perkins County in a winning time of 16:27.44. Broken Bow had two runners place in the top 15. Noah Osmond finished 13th (17:32.34) and Brock Oeltjen placed 14th (17:33.33). Trey Hurlburt placed 25th for the Indians in a time of 18:06.25.
McCook was the girls team champion with Broken Bow finishing 7th in the girls team standings. The girls individual champion was Madison Seller of Gering in a winning time of 18:27.57. MaKinley Tobey was the top Broken Bow finisher placing 31st in a time of 23.07.27.
