Broken Bow Claims Team Title at Ord Wrestling Invitational

Broken Bow won the team championship at the Ord wrestling invitational on Friday.  Broken Bow won the title with 281.5 points and Battle Creek was runner up with 213.  Broken Bow had four individual champions on the day.  Colton Kelley was champion at 132 lbs., Jack Myers champion at 170, Connor Wells was champion at 182, and Cal Wells was champion at 220.  Others who finished in the top three of their weight class for Broken Bow included Chauncey Watson runner up at 113 lbs., Cash Watson 3rd at 120, Wilson Cucul Tzin runner up at 126, Dakota Baum 3rd at 152, Zack Gaffney runner up at 160, and Max Denson was runner up at 195 lbs.

Other area highlights from the meet included Kaden Reeves of Arcadia/Loup City placing 3rd at 138 lbs.  and Wyatt Stieb of ALC placed 4th at 195 lbs.  Andy Cash of Ansley/Litchfield was 4th at 285 lbs., Coby Higgins of Sandhills/Thedford was 4th at 160, and Cale Buss of Burwell was 4th at 220 lbs.
