The Broken Bow girls and boys wrestling teams each competed at the Younes Hospitality Duals in Kearney on Friday.

The Broken Bow boys went 2-3 at the tournament.  Broken Bow picked up wins against Bellevue West (42-33) and Norton Community, KS (42-37).  Broken Bow’s losses came against Wray, CO (42-37), Kearney High (68-6), and Alliance (36-34).  The boys tournament was won by Kearney High.  Kearney defeated Columbus in the championship dual 46-24.

The Broken Bow girls went 1-3 on the day with their win coming against Connestoga 30-20.  Broken Bow’s losses were to Kearney, Waverly, and Sedgwick County/Fleming.  The girls tournament was won by Kearney High.  Kearney defeated Adams Central in the championship dual 45-36.
