Broken Bow and Other Area Teams Compete at North Platte CC Invite – Bow Girls Finish 2nd

Broken Bow, Mullen, and Sandhills Valley were among the teams that competed Thursday at the North Platte Cross Country Invitational.  North Platte won the girls team title with Broken Bow finishing 2nd.  The girls individual champion was Kori McClain of North Platte in a winning time of 18:43. Mullen and Broken Bow each placed two runners in the top fifteen.  Riley Hegland of Mullen was fourth in a time of 21:29 and Ashlyn Schauda of Broken Bow followed in fifth place in a time of 21:32.  Broken Bow’s Genesis Guevara placed 13th in a time of 23:13 and Ady Hampton of Mullen was 15th in a time of 23:22.

On the boys side, Coltan Ham of North Platte St. Pat’s was the individual champion in a winning time of 16:18.  Braylon Kuncl of Mullen placed in the top 15 finishing 12th overall with a time of 18:22.  Logan Bell was the top Broken Bow finisher placing 21st with a time of 19:14.
