Play begins today at the Class B Area 6 American Legion seniors baseball tournament in McCook.
Broken Bow will face the top seed Minden in the first game of the day at 11 a.m. This will be the first meeting of the season between the two. Other opening day matchups will include #2 seed Ogallala against Holdrege followed by the #3 seed and host team McCook facing Gothenburg in the final game of day one. The tournament will continue through Tuesday, July 25th. The area tournament champion will advance to the state tournament which will take place in Pierce, NE beginning July 29th.
All Broken Bow games during the tournament will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM and kbbn.com
