The Broken Bow American Legion Seniors baseball team held off Ord (5-1) Monday night at Paul Brown Field to collect their 18th win of the season. Coy Wardyn, Max Denson, and Colton Uhlig combined for six shutout innings with Jackson Hall closing out the game in the 7th giving up one run on one hit. Five players collected a hit for the Bow seniors with Brice Chaplin finishing 1 for 2 with a double and 2 RBI. Jackson Hall was 1 for 2 with a run scored and 1 RBI. Broken Bow will close out its regular season Tuesday when they travel to St. Paul. Broken Bow will open play at the B6 Area Tournament Friday night at Paul Brown Field when they face Louisville/Weeping Water.
