Bow Juniors and Seniors Sweep North Platte / Bow Seniors Play at PWG Monday for League Championship

The Broken Bow American Legion juniors and seniors baseball teams traveled to North Platte Saturday for a doubleheader.  The Bow juniors picked their 14th win of the season by edging North Platte 8-6.  Dylan Kulhanek was a perfect 4 for 4 at the plate with 3 runs scored and 2 RBI.  Jackson Hall also finished with a multi-hit game going 3 for 4 with 1 run scored and 3 RBI.  Broken Bow outhit North Platte 11-5.  The juniors are now 14-7 overall.

The Bow seniors improved to 16-4 with a one run win over North Platte 5-4.  Coy Wardyn led the offense finishing 3 for 4 with a double, a triple, and 3 runs scored.  Drew Ellis also had a multi-hit game finishing 2 for 4 with a double.  Broken Bow will travel to Palmer on Monday to face PWG for the Mid Nebraska League championship game.  Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m.  The game will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM.
