Area Wrestlers Compete at Pleasanton Invite

Pleasanton hosted its boys wrestling invite on Saturday.  Kearney won the team title with 145.5 points which was two points better than Elm Creek who was team runner up with 143.5.  The top area finisher was Twin Loup who placed fourth with 107.5 points.

Cazen Smith of Twin Loup was champion at 157 lbs.  Other top four finishes for the Wolves included Oran Grint runner up at 165 lbs., Wyatt Fauss third at 138, Emmet Grint fourth at 150, and Brent Schipporeit was fourth at 285 lbs.

Other area highlights included Heath Henson of SEM placing fourth at 165 lbs.
