Area Teams Compete at Hi-Line Wrestling Invite

The Hi-Line wrestling invitational took place Friday.  The team champion was Sutherland with 151 points.  SEM was the top area finisher placing 5th in the team standings with South Loup one point behind in 6th.  SEM had three individual champions.  Treu Atkins was first at 120 lbs.  Clayton Scoville was first at 126 lbs.  Maddox Jones was champion at 175 lbs.  SEM’s Emmanuel Guido Sanchez was third at 190 lbs.   South Loup received top four finishes from Noah Hiatt (4th at 106), Josiah Coleman (2nd at 113), Dawson Mason (3rd at 132), Bo Brennan (3rd at 138), CJ Quandt (3rd at 144), and Dylan Handley (4th at 157).  Sandhills Valley received top four finishes from Kaden Allen (4th at 215), Kaden Blake (3rd at 285), and Porter Thomas (4th at 285).
