Area Basketball Players Receive All State Recognition From the OWH

The Omaha World Herald released its all state basketball selections Sunday for the 2022/2023 season.  SEM’s Mikah O’Neill was a second team all Class D1 girls selection.  O’Neill helped lead SEM to a district championship and a state tournament appearance this past season leading the Lady Mustangs in scoring averaging 17 points per game.

Clayton Moore of Mullen was a first team Class D2 boys all state selection. The UNK commit had an outstanding season for the Broncos averaging a team high 18.1 points per game and led Mullen to a district final appearance this past season.
