The New West All Star Classic, benefitting the Nebraska Kidney Association, will take place June 12th and 13th at Axtell. The classic features recent graduates from schools and teams that form the Lou-Platte, Southwest, Fort Kearny and Republican Plains Activities conferences.
The All Star volleyball matches are scheduled for June 12th beginning at 5 p.m. Opening round matches will feature the Lou- Platte Conference vs the Southwest Conference while the FKC will face the RPAC. The championship and consolation matches will follow.
The All Star basketball games are scheduled for June 13th. The girls games will tip off first at 5 p.m. and will feature the SWC all stars vs the Lou Platte Conference all stars while the RPAC all stars will face off against the FKC. The boys all star games will follow featuring the same conference matchups.
Several athletes from the KCNI/KBBN coverage area are scheduled to compete. Full game rosters and a list of this year’s coaches are posted below.
