Ansley/Litchfield and SEM Compete at Fort Kearny Conference Track and Field

Ansley/Litchfield and SEM were among the teams that competed at the Fort Kearny Conference track and field championships on Friday. Among the area highlights, Cohen Rohde of SEM swept the boys throwing events winning the boys discus with a winning effort of 159′ 5″ and winning the boys shot put with an effort of 45′ 10.5″. Luke Bailey of Ansley/Litchfield won the boys 110 meter hurdles in a winning time of 15.52 seconds, was runner up in the triple jump at 40′ 7″ and was third in the long jump with an effort of 21′. Rilyn Schledewitz of SEM claimed gold in the girls 3200 in a winning time of 13:03.84. Caydence Feldman of Ansley/Litchfield was third in the event. Schledewitz also took gold in the 1600 with a winning time of 6:01.86. Kerry Ryan of Ansley/Litchfield placed second in the girls high jump with an effort of 5′ and was third in the girls shot put with an effort of 34′ 8″. Ava Paitz of Ansley/Litchfield placed third in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 18.12 seconds. Isaac O’Brien of Ansley/Litchfield was third in the boys 800 in a time of 2:09.67.
