The annual West Nebraska All Star Football and Volleyball games were played this past Saturday at Scottsbluff.
The East Team defeated the West in the annual all star volleyball game. The match went five sets with the East winning 3-2 (23-25, 25-20, 25-12, 23-25, 15-9). SEM’s Taryn Arbuthnot was selected as the East team MVP.
In the annual West Nebraska All Star football game, the East defeated the West 16-7. Maurice Robinson of Sandhills/Thedford was voted the offensive MVP. Robinson scored on a 21 yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter.
