ALC Rebel Track Invite Results – Area Highlights

Arcadia/Loup City hosted its annual track invite Thursday in Loup City. Among the area teams competing were Ansley/Litchfield, Arcadia/Loup City and South Loup.

Among the area highlights, Luke Bailey of Ansley/Litchfield swept the hurdles winning the 110 meter hurdles in a time of 15.4 seconds and winning the 300 meter hurdles in a time of 42.31. Bailey was the runner up in the triple jump with an effort of 41′ 3.75″. Wyatt Stieb of Arcadia/Loup City was runner up in the boys shot put (47′ 5.5″). Ethan Furne of South Loup was runner up in the boys long jump (21′ 6.25″). Others from the area who placed in the top three of their event included Isaac O’Brien of Ansley/Litchfield third in the 800. Dutch Miller of ALC third in the 3200. In the relays, South Loup was runner up in the 4×100 and third in the 4×800.

On the girls side, Ella Cool of South Loup won the 1600 meters in a winning time of 6:02.44 and Jade Bierman of South Loup was runner up in the 800 meters (2:40.56). Kerry Ryan of Ansley/Litchfield was runner up in the shot put (33′ 11.5″) and Morgan Rademacher of Arcadia/Loup City was third in the event. Ryan also placed in the top three of the girls high jump finishing third.
