Photo entry day at the Wild Rose Gallery in Broken Bow is this Saturday (March 14) from 10 AM to 2 PM for those wishing to join the gallery’s photo contest.
A five dollar entry fee is asked for each photo submitted and photographers can submit any number of images to the contest.

Those who participate can say they did so in the contest’s first year, which is separate from a large show they hold in August each year. The gallery is partnering with Custer Public Power District (CPPD), as photos meeting the CPPD’s own photo contest rules will be selected to be included in the CPPD 2027 calendar (horizontal orientation, 300dpi or greater, jpeg or tiff file format, taken in CPPD service area).
Photos of any subject can be entered by participants of any level of experience from amateur to professional. Submitted photos should be framed or mounted and ready to be hung at the gallery.
Photos will be displayed at the gallery for two weeks for public viewing. A reception is set for March 28 at 2 PM when selections by CPPD will be announced in addition to other winning photos.
Those with questions are encouraged to call the gallery at 308-872-2632 or email [email protected].
