Unofficial general election results were released by the Custer County Clerk late Tuesday night. These results are unofficial and only pertain to the vote totals for Custer County and are for local contested races, specifically those for school boards, city council, and village boards.

Regarding the bond election for the City of Sargent for constructing and equipping a new municipal swimming pool, the bond received 125 votes for and 126 against.
Also, on the Cliff Township Levy measure 58 voted yes and 19 voted no.
The Custer County Clerks office reported a total 5,949 voters out of 7,814 registered voters which is a 76% turnout for the 2024 General Election.
