Three cases progressed in Custer County Court on Monday, August 21.
Daniel Royle, age 51 of Oconto, was scheduled for first appearance on alleged charges of second degree assault, a class IIA felony, as well as child abuse which is a class IIIA felony. A PR bond of $1000 was set as well as a preliminary hearing for September 25th, 2023.
Dominic Vasquez-Romero, age 26 of Lincoln, made his first appearance on an alleged charge of stalking an individual under the age of 16, a class IIIA felony. His preliminary hearing was set for September 18th, 2023.
Shaylen Campbell, age 22 of Broken Bow, appeared for arraignment for alleged possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a class IV felony, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction. Her bond of $25,000 was continued and a preliminary hearing was set for September 18th, 2023.
