Kelli and Craig Safranek visited the KCNI/KBBN Get Up and Go Breakfast Show Thursday morning with some exciting news: the local entrepreneurs have nearly completed remodeling work on the building that formerly housed the Broken Bow McDonald’s. It will now be home to a multi-purpose, whole-body wellness facility named The Secret Oasis
Spaces in the fast food restaurant have been converted to provide areas for manicure/pedicures, yoga, pilates or other exercise classes, and private rooms with unlimited potential for services such as tonal workouts, salt therapy, a full range of esthetician services, tanning beds, massage, and more.
Per Craig Safranek, The Secret Oasis will provide these spaces to individual providers.
“All the all the different rooms and kind of businesses will be individually owned, they’ve rented space from us. We really wanted to try to do something all under one roof so we wanted to bring a facility here that maybe encompassed a lot of things.”

All of the services will also be brought together on a single app so that patrons can see the different businesses available in the facility, and pick and choose the health services that best suit them.
In the back of the building will be a familiar face. The Secret Garden will be serving drinks through a drive-through.
“It’s going to be the same drinks that we’ve brought to town for 18 years now,” said Kelli Safranek. “But then with the whole wellness thing, we’re adding a whole bunch more 100% fruit options to go along with that. So we’ll have our Coffee drinks like we always had: hot, iced, or blended and then all of our smoothies, plus another whole line of 100% fruit options and grab and go food.”
Opening of The Secret Oasis is currently planned for some time in March, as the final touches are put together to complete the full face-lift of the facility.
